Our refund policy and terms for all services
This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by IT ORM. For users accessing our SMM panel, the panel's specific refund rules will take priority.
After making a deposit, you may request a refund for any unused remaining balance in your wallet. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 6–12 hours.
Please note that final settlement time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason is strictly prohibited. If such activity occurs:
Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, unauthorized, or suspicious payment methods, will result in immediate account termination. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Using multiple servers or placing simultaneous orders for the same link or page is strongly discouraged. Orders affected by such activity are not eligible for refunds.
